Các lỗi thường gặp ở các bộ Servo Fanuc và hướng khắc phục.

– Sửa chữa Servo Drive Fanuc DC, AC đời thấp cho các hệ điều khiển Fanuc, 3, 6, 10, 11 thường bị các lỗi như:

+ Khắc phục servo Fanuc lỗi HV : Over-voltage alarm ( This alarm occurs if the DC voltage of the main circuit power supply is abnormally high)

+  Khắc phục servo Fanuc lỗi HC : over-current alarm ( This alarm occurs if an abnormally high current flows in the axis motor)

+ Khắc phục servo Fanuc lỗi  LV : Low control power voltage alarm ( This alarm occurs if the control power voltage is abnormally low)

+  Khắc phục servo Fanuc lỗi DC : Low DC link voltage alarm ( his alarm occurs if the DC voltage of the main circuit power supply is abnormally low or the circuit breaker trips)

+  Khắc phục servo Fanuc lỗi OH : Over-regenerative discharge alarm ( This alarm occurs if The average regenerative discharge energy is too high)
